Time Out and Self-Exclusion

TIME OUT AND SELF-EXCLUSION

SlotClub customers can take a 24-hour break from gaming at any time. The 24-hour immediate exclusions can be applied by clicking on the respective links available while playing or here. Once the time-out period expires, the account will reopen automatically.

SELF-EXCLUSION

Self-exclusion involves a joint commitment from the customer and us. We will take reasonable steps to prevent the customer from reopening their account or opening new accounts. However, during the period of self- exclusion, the customer must not attempt to re-open their account nor try to open new accounts.

Users can self-exclude themselves directly and irrevocably on the national blacklist OASIS for a minimum period of 3 - 12 months on a national level affecting all associated operators by filling in the self-exclusion form here:

These self-exclusions will be in place indefinitely and will not be automatically reopened unless the exclusion is lifted on OASIS.

Please note that during a time-out or self-exclusion period, customers will not be able to deposit funds or play. Also, they will be excluded from targeted commercial communication.
